Personalised meal plans are available as an optional add-on for $100 per plan and are exclusively available to consultation clients.

If you would like a meal plan, please note this in the Goals section of your intake form, which will be emailed to you once your appointment is confirmed, or contact us directly via email.

Any requested meal plans will be discussed during your consultation, with the additional fee added to your final invoice.
